In 2025, The Sirius Hotel Group fully rebranded its portfolio of four Sleeperz Hotels after the purchase of a majority stake in Sleeperz Hotels by Mactaggart Family & Partners.

The properties had been operated and managed by The Sirius Hotel Group since November 2022, ahead of Sleeperz Hotels Group signing a franchise agreement with Marriott International to convert the hotels in October 2024.

The successful conversion to the Four Points Flex by Sheraton brand within just six months, has seen The Sirius Hotel Group build a strong working relationship with Marriott International, the world’s largest hotel company, with a market-leading loyalty programme in Marriott Bonvoy.

The portfolio gives the group a showcase for owners and investors, illustrating its ability to deliver not only effective developments and conversion projects within a limited time, but with a considered focus on the guest and the team, the group has shifted the dial considerably when it comes to direct rooms business.

Four Points Flex by Sheraton has helped The Sirius Hotel Group to establish an operating platform from which it can rapidly grow this conversion-friendly brand around the UK, offering owners and investors a second brand, with a priority on value. The group is currently in discussions over further properties in key locations, which it looks forward to announcing in due course.
