Formerly Resident Hotels Ltd, we currently have nine hotels in our portfolio. We manage and operate The Resident in three prime London locations – Covent Garden, Soho and Victoria – as well as in Liverpool and Edinburgh. We also manage Four Points Flex by Sheraton hotels in Cardiff, Dundee, Edinburgh and Newcastle under a franchise agreement with Marriott International.
With extensive sector expertise and hands-on experience across hotel design, development, operations, asset management and project delivery, we are uniquely placed to understand every aspect of the hotel sector. This enables us to make informed, commercially sound decisions at every stage.
